BTBD10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTBD10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTBD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, Ku80, and Notch1. Each is linked with BTBD10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTBD10-to-partner and partner-to-BTBD10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by BTBD10-low versus BTBD10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTBD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTBD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
