Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, BTBD10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTBD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP26, CA6, and SOX3. Each is linked with BTBD10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTBD10-to-partner and partner-to-BTBD10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMP26 grouped by BTBD10-low versus BTBD10-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTBD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTBD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
