BTBD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BTBD1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,261 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTBD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CUL1, CLCN7, and TRPS1. Each is linked with BTBD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTBD1-to-partner and partner-to-BTBD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CUL1 grouped by BTBD1-low versus BTBD1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTBD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTBD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
