BTAF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,495 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AUNIP, PAFAH1B2, and PPP2R1B. Each is linked with BTAF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTAF1-to-partner and partner-to-BTAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AUNIP grouped by BTAF1-low versus BTAF1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
