Across TCGA cell cohorts, BTAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 412 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP26C1, EFCAB1, and TEKT1. Each is linked with BTAF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTAF1-to-partner and partner-to-BTAF1 results are reported.
