BSX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BSX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 921 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BSX-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCE1D, OR6C68, and LINC00686. Each is linked with BSX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BSX-to-partner and partner-to-BSX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BSX→partner) and Y-score (partner→BSX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
