Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BST1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,750 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BST1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WIPF1, DAB2, and DOCK11. Each is linked with BST1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BST1-to-partner and partner-to-BST1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BST1 versus WIPF1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
