BST1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BST1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,228 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NIP7P1, TRDV1, and LINC01017. Each is linked with BST1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BST1-to-partner and partner-to-BST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NIP7P1 grouped by BST1-low versus BST1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
