BST1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BST1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, eIF4E, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with BST1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BST1-to-partner and partner-to-BST1 results are reported.
