BSPRY

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BSPRY RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,098 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BSPRY-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDHD3, MAP7, and SERPINE1. Each is linked with BSPRY in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BSPRY-to-partner and partner-to-BSPRY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BSPRY versus HDHD3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BSPRY→partner) and Y-score (partner→BSPRY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
