BSPRY

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BSPRY RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,361 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BSPRY-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to molecule of fungal origin, Cellular response to molecule of fungal origin, and Positive regulation of endothelial cell development. Each is linked with BSPRY in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BSPRY-to-partner and partner-to-BSPRY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to molecule of fungal origin grouped by BSPRY-low versus BSPRY-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BSPRY→partner) and Y-score (partner→BSPRY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
