Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BSN-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BSN-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher BSN-AS1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BSN-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and MESO show a favorable association.

LUAD, OV, and MESO are the cancer types where BSN-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
