BSDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BSDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,491 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BSDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP250, DLGAP5P1, and RN7SL362P. Each is linked with BSDC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BSDC1-to-partner and partner-to-BSDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP250 grouped by BSDC1-low versus BSDC1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BSDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BSDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
