BSDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BSDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BSDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA48, GPR101, and DYDC1. Each is linked with BSDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BSDC1-to-partner and partner-to-BSDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA48 grouped by BSDC1-low versus BSDC1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BSDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BSDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
