BSCL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BSCL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,790 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BSCL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BBS1, TAF6, and TRIM41. Each is linked with BSCL2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BSCL2-to-partner and partner-to-BSCL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BSCL2 versus BBS1 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BSCL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BSCL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
