BSCL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BSCL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,698 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BSCL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCSD1_S68, SEC24A, and BLNK. Each is linked with BSCL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BSCL2-to-partner and partner-to-BSCL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BSCL2 versus RCSD1_S68 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BSCL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BSCL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
