Across TCGA patient cohorts, BSCL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,684 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BSCL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are METTL24, PHTF1, and STMN1. Each is linked with BSCL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BSCL2-to-partner and partner-to-BSCL2 results are reported.
