BSCL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BSCL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,007 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BSCL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6803, SAP30, and LEO1. Each is linked with BSCL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BSCL2-to-partner and partner-to-BSCL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6803 grouped by BSCL2-low versus BSCL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BSCL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BSCL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
