Across TCGA patient cohorts, BSCL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BSCL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Notch1, and TIGAR. Each is linked with BSCL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BSCL2-to-partner and partner-to-BSCL2 results are reported.
