BSCL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BSCL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BSCL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MDGA2, BPIFB6, and OR52A5. Each is linked with BSCL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BSCL2-to-partner and partner-to-BSCL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MDGA2 grouped by BSCL2-low versus BSCL2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BSCL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BSCL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
