BRWD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRWD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRWD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD20, VHL, and c-Met_pY1235. Each is linked with BRWD3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRWD3-to-partner and partner-to-BRWD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD20 grouped by BRWD3-low versus BRWD3-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRWD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRWD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
