BRWD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BRWD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,732 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRWD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PASK, METTL16, and QRICH2. Each is linked with BRWD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRWD3-to-partner and partner-to-BRWD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PASK grouped by BRWD3-low versus BRWD3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRWD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRWD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
