BRSK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRSK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,209 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRSK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC24A, SNAP23, and PPIB. Each is linked with BRSK2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRSK2-to-partner and partner-to-BRSK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRSK2 versus SEC24A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRSK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRSK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
