Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRSK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,826 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRSK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAK5, RELB, and ETHE1. Each is linked with BRSK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRSK2-to-partner and partner-to-BRSK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRSK2 versus PAK5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
