BRSK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRSK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,036 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRSK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSKIP, PPP4R3A, and SEC23A. Each is linked with BRSK2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRSK2-to-partner and partner-to-BRSK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSKIP grouped by BRSK2-low versus BRSK2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRSK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRSK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
