Across TCGA cell cohorts, BRSK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,206 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRSK2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in establishment of planar polarity, Regulation of potassium ion transport, and Purine nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with BRSK2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRSK2-to-partner and partner-to-BRSK2 results are reported.
