BRSK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRSK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,122 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRSK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DLG4, MAP3K12, and SLC22A17. Each is linked with BRSK1 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRSK1-to-partner and partner-to-BRSK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRSK1 versus DLG4 in MESO, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRSK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRSK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
