BRSK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRSK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,296 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRSK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AEBP1, P3H3, and VCAN. Each is linked with BRSK1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRSK1-to-partner and partner-to-BRSK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRSK1 versus AEBP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRSK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRSK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
