Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRSK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,980 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRSK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, CAB39L, and CRYM. Each is linked with BRSK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRSK1-to-partner and partner-to-BRSK1 results are reported.
