BRSK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRSK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,069 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRSK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR3, ZWINT, and YARS1. Each is linked with BRSK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRSK1-to-partner and partner-to-BRSK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR3 grouped by BRSK1-low versus BRSK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRSK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRSK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
