BRS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,109 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HEXIM2_S76, HTATSF1, and RPS3_T221. Each is linked with BRS3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRS3-to-partner and partner-to-BRS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRS3 versus HEXIM2_S76 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
