Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRS3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 438 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BRS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESR2, RBM3, and RELB. Each is linked with BRS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRS3-to-partner and partner-to-BRS3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRS3 versus ESR2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
