Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,105 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BRS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRBV17, RN7SKP168, and PSMD12P1. Each is linked with BRS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRS3-to-partner and partner-to-BRS3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRBV17 grouped by BRS3-low versus BRS3-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
