BRPF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRPF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,090 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRPF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAPK1, DDX17, and TCF20. Each is linked with BRPF3 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRPF3-to-partner and partner-to-BRPF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRPF3 versus MAPK1 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRPF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRPF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
