BRPF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRPF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,670 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRPF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUP153, WRNIP1, and XPO1. Each is linked with BRPF3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRPF3-to-partner and partner-to-BRPF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRPF3 versus NUP153 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRPF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRPF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
