BRPF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRPF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,476 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRPF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNPNAT1, SRP54, and OIP5. Each is linked with BRPF3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRPF3-to-partner and partner-to-BRPF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GNPNAT1 grouped by BRPF3-low versus BRPF3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRPF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRPF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
