Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BRPF1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated BRPF1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher BRPF1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BRPF1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRC, ACC, and UCEC are the cancer types where BRPF1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
