BRPF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRPF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,300 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRPF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRBP1, TOP2B, and RAD21. Each is linked with BRPF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRPF1-to-partner and partner-to-BRPF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRPF1 versus RRBP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRPF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRPF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
