Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRPF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,961 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BRPF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACVR2B, NPRL2, and PPM1D. Each is linked with BRPF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRPF1-to-partner and partner-to-BRPF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRPF1 versus ACVR2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRPF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRPF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
