BRPF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRPF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRPF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, MSH2, and Rab25. Each is linked with BRPF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRPF1-to-partner and partner-to-BRPF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by BRPF1-low versus BRPF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRPF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRPF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
