BRPF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BRPF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRPF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are F11, TRIM51, and PRKACG. Each is linked with BRPF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRPF1-to-partner and partner-to-BRPF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, F11 grouped by BRPF1-low versus BRPF1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRPF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRPF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
