BRK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. CESC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP9YP2, OR2AT4, and MIR549A. Each is linked with BRK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRK1-to-partner and partner-to-BRK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP9YP2 grouped by BRK1-low versus BRK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
