BRICD5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRICD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,946 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRICD5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATAD2, KAT8, and MPG. Each is linked with BRICD5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRICD5-to-partner and partner-to-BRICD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRICD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRICD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
