BRI3P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRI3P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,670 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRI3P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RIBC1, SBSN, and KIAA1143_S115. Each is linked with BRI3P3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRI3P3-to-partner and partner-to-BRI3P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRI3P3 versus RIBC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRI3P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRI3P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
