BRI3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRI3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRI3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGKV2OR2-10, FAM25C, and RNU6-196P. Each is linked with BRI3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRI3-to-partner and partner-to-BRI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGKV2OR2-10 grouped by BRI3-low versus BRI3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
