Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,121 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BRF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA damage checkpoint, Regulation of chromosome condensation, and Transcription by RNA polymerase III. Each is linked with BRF2 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRF2-to-partner and partner-to-BRF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of DNA damage checkpoint grouped by BRF2-low versus BRF2-high in DLBC.
