Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRDT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,289 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRDT-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMAC1P1, NINL, and EEF1A2. Each is linked with BRDT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRDT-to-partner and partner-to-BRDT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRDT versus DMAC1P1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.
