BRDT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRDT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,612 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRDT-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4774, RN7SL447P, and MRPS5P3. Each is linked with BRDT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRDT-to-partner and partner-to-BRDT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4774 grouped by BRDT-low versus BRDT-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRDT→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRDT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
