Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, BRDT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BRDT-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC140, KCNK16, and OR1L6. Each is linked with BRDT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRDT-to-partner and partner-to-BRDT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC140 grouped by BRDT-low versus BRDT-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRDT→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRDT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
