Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BRD9P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BRD9P2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher BRD9P2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BRD9P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and LUAD show a favorable association.
UVM, HNSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where BRD9P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
